How could you not be inspired by this gorgeous photo --- so the challenge is to create a card inspired by something you see here.
My eye was caught by the clouds and sparkling water - so I pulled out my Paper Temptress crepe and rubbed a copper metallic pad across it... MAGIC !!!
The clouds are rough torn and overlapped from mottled vellum, and you can't quite see the effect of the translucent vellum over the slightly metallic sky.
What a fun challenge!

I love the paper mosaic thing you have going on with this card! The highlighted ruche paper is a brilliant idea, and the torn paper clouds are perfect.
