Candy's Card Camp

Happy Holidays, all THREE of them.
Here you see Christmas and Thanksgiving.


Candy Diaz has a card class by mail. It comes with all of the pieces stamped and precut, so all you do is glue. It was a nice mindless project for a quiet evening with a sore finger!

The Halloween ones were a little heavy on skeleton images and I actually reversed the paper for the orange bats - just didn't like the big glossy skeleton head that was featured on the other side.

The layouts will be fun to try with other paper and stamps - and her coneflower is sure prettier than I could ever imagine.

I am doing some tutorials for Elemental Doodles using their stamps as design elements. This is one I didn't send in. The ones I do send in have to be "unpublished"

Wednesday sketch

When Mike comes home tonight and asks what I did all day, I am not sure what I will say! Even if I tell him I spent the day making cards, he somehow doesn't quite believe it!


Sketch day is fun. This one is super easy but makes a nice card. I should think snowflakes soon, it is getting chilly here!

Chicago Marathon, Sunday Oct 11

Steve and Mike are running the marathon - Steve hopes for 4 hours, Mike hopes for 5.
( I just hope they both finish alive!)
