I broke my cuttlebug! It made a big SNAP noise and the side popped off. The side went back on easily enough, but now the machine doesn't work. So, I have no reason not to consider getting an electric big shot, or maybe I should just replace the bug. Not sure what I will do. But I am pretty sure I will need to finish my Halloween cards without it!
The blue pumpkins are cuz I bought new copic markers - and I kind of like them!
I like these colors. I saw a card on splitcoast with all different colored brads and had to give it a try. Then I decided to make another wiper card but I didn't look at the directions and my flag comes up on the other side. I like it there, but it wasn't intended to be that way!
I need to decide by Friday which of these cards to give to a friend at SVSU who is "celebrating" her 60th. (WHO celebrates 60? ... it is more like a rite of survival) Which card do you prefer? I planned on the candles but they seem a little much. Directions for a "wiper" card are at Splitcoast. There is even a video which makes the whole thing make a lot more sense. When you open the card, the flag comes up. When it is closed, it is normal size.
Here is a direct quote from Donna C but I love the sentiment and can't say it any better than she did ...
