My lizard

Here is another drawing that you are welcome to grab --- please let me know in the comments if you prefer drawings saved as a png instead of a jpg.

 It is really getting warm finally ... and maybe, just maybe winter is over? Or shouldn't I even think that out loud for fear of scaring spring away!

I am using my lizard to practice shadows ... can you even tell which lizard is under the noon sun and which one is enjoying light at an angle?

  1. Hi Cat;
    The shadows look great. Try the dot method also, you might like that method also.

  5. This is a great lizard - now I have to think of a reason to make a lizard card.

    No, I can't tell by the shadows what time of day it is.

  12. Great shading Cat! And thanks for the adorable gekko. My son used to have a lepard gekko...we lost him just before Christmas...no...not somewhere around the house lol...he died. But, oh he was cute. This will make a perfect image for a birthday card for my ds for his next birthday next year.
