A sad task

My aunt passed away last week, at the age of 101. I am making sympathy cards for her 4 daughters who of course are happy she is at peace but will still feel her loss. Sympathy cards are difficult for me.  But I know how much it means to get a card when you are hurting.

    Lovely, my friend. So sad for your loss...what a wonderful life she must have had. So many experiences, so much laughter, hopefully not too many tears.

    At 101 years, I would think it would be more about celebrating a life than mourning a loss. Butterflies are always good for sympathy.
